Itineraries
Day 1
Arrival and Lake Manyara National Park

Your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha after breakfast. After a short briefing by your safari guide, you will embark on a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park, located about 126 km (approx. 2.5 to 3 hours) from Arusha.
Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive in the park, which is renowned for its tree-climbing lions, pink flamingos, and lush groundwater forests. The park is also home to elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and a wide range of bird species.
A picnic lunch will be served inside the park at one of the designated picnic sites, offering stunning views of the lake.
Later in the afternoon, check in at Manyara Wildlife Lodge, which sits atop the Rift Valley escarpment and offers panoramic views of the park below. Relax as you watch the sun set over the lake before dinner.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater – Transfer to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, approximately 60 km (1.5 hours) from Lake Manyara. Upon reaching the crater rim, descend 600 meters to the crater floor for a 6-hour game drive in one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife arenas.
The crater hosts the Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino alongside hippos, wildebeest, zebras, and numerous bird species. Stop for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool picnic site, surrounded by breathtaking views of the crater walls.
In the afternoon, drive onward to the Central Serengeti, passing through the Ngorongoro highlands with game viewing en route. This journey covers about 205 km (approximately 5 to 6 hours), including stops for photos and wildlife spotting.
Arrive at Zuri Luxury Camp in the heart of Serengeti in time for dinner. The camp offers a perfect blend of comfort and wilderness, allowing you to unwind under a sky filled with stars.

Day 3
Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Spend this day exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti, one of the world’s most famous wildlife sanctuaries. After breakfast, head out for a morning game drive, when predators are most active and the golden light enhances photography.
Return to camp for lunch and some rest before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Expect to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and herds of antelope. The Serengeti’s vastness provides a true sense of wilderness and endless adventure. You may also choose to add an optional sunrise balloon safari (at extra cost), offering a bird’s-eye view of the wildlife and sweeping landscapes below.
Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4
Serengeti – Drive Back to Arusha

After breakfast, enjoy a short morning game drive as you exit Serengeti National Park. The journey back to Arusha takes approximately 7 to 8 hours (around 335 km), with stops for refreshments and a picnic lunch along the way.
Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon and check in at your reserved hotel. The evening will be at leisure, allowing you to relax or explore the local area before your onward departure.
