Itineraries
Day 1
Transfer to Sipi and Coffee Tour

The journey begins with an early morning departure from Kampala, heading east towards Sipi Falls. The drive takes approximately five to six hours, passing through beautiful landscapes, small towns, and vast sugarcane plantations. Upon arrival, check-in at the lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch while taking in the stunning views of the falls and the surrounding valleys.
In the afternoon, embark on a guided coffee tour to experience the process of coffee production from farm to cup. The Sipi region is known for its high-quality Arabica coffee, grown on the fertile volcanic soils of Mount Elgon. During the tour, interact with local farmers, learn about organic coffee farming, participate in traditional coffee roasting, and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee. After the tour, return to the lodge for a relaxing evening, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Hike Sipi Falls and Return to Kampala

After an early breakfast, set out on a guided hike to explore the three magnificent waterfalls that make up Sipi Falls. The hike takes you through lush farmlands, rocky cliffs, and scenic viewpoints, offering incredible photo opportunities. Along the way, visit caves, cross small streams, and enjoy panoramic views of the Karamoja plains. The highlight of the hike is reaching the main waterfall, which drops from a height of about 100 meters, creating a spectacular misty spray.
After the hike, return to the lodge for lunch before beginning the journey back to Kampala. The drive retraces the scenic route, with an optional stop at the Mbale town market for local crafts and snacks. Arrival in Kampala is expected in the evening, marking the end of an exciting Sipi Falls adventure.
